Hubby sent me roses and it was so cute, the florist (he always deals with the same one) included a happy birthday balloon from her! I thought that was so cute!

I always call her and tell her how beautiful the flowers are. Her shop is in the building where I used to work so I have known her for a number of years.

LOL He always sends them early so I can enjoy them. He got in the habit when I was working and he would send them to the office so I could enjoy them at work. All the guys in the office said they disliked him...lol They said he made them feel guilty if they didn't do that for their sweeties.

They are two toned. I will have to take a photo. The florist always includes a stargazer lily 'cause I do so love them too.

How wonderful! Definitely want to see them. Sounds like your birthday is off to a fantastic start!

Those are beautiful. I love cut flowers. My husband could bring me flowers everyday of my life and I will never tire of them. I keep my flowers until the last one is about to lose it's petals and then I compost them.
